The City of Fort Wayne seeks a strong seasonal leader to manage the Headwaters Ice Rink during the Riverfront season. This on-site role runs 25–40 hours weekly, evenings, weekends, and holidays required, with responsibility for staff, programs, finances, and facility operations.
You will hire and supervise 15–20 seasonal staff, handle admissions, cash, inventory, and reports, and ensure safety and high-quality guest service. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
