CFS has partnered with a great manufacturing company and are actively interviewing and hiring a Payroll Specialist! If you have union, hourly, and full-cycle payroll processing experience, this is the role for you. We are looking for professionals that have a keen understanding of the payroll process and compliance.
Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist
- Process hourly and salary payroll on timely schedules
- Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws
- Daily monitoring of hourly timesheets and communicate consistently with leadership team
- Reconciliation of payroll and reporting
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or similar (Preferred)
- 3+ years payroll experience with union and manufacturing (Required)
- Proficient with accounting and payroll software (UKG, ADP, SAP or similar ERP systems)
- High attention to detail and organized
- Strong written and verbal communicator
