Position: Human Resources Coordinator (DC)

Job Overview

Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to add a driven, friendly, and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Team in the Distribution Center! In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Teams by managing administrative processes, coordinating key HR initiatives, and providing general HR and Talent Acquisition support.

  • Manage and execute all administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records/files in Workday.
  • Audit employee files to ensure managers are following appropriate practices related to coaching, documentation, disciplinary action, and performance management.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and Recruiting efforts with interview and candidate travel scheduling, offer management, and employee onboarding.
  • Complete recurring and ad‑hoc reporting on workforce metrics such as headcount, employee turnover, and performance trends to support HRBP decision‑making.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees seeking assistance and guidance on HR processes and escalating complex requests appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or general HR or corporate support.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for multiple teams under tight or changing deadlines.
  • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee or candidate information.
  • Experience in advanced reporting or HR/people data analytics would be a big plus.
