Target Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000
Key Responsibilities for the HR & Operations Manager:
- Lead daily office operations, including vendor management, facilities coordination, technology support, supplies, and administrative processes.
- Serve as the organization's primary HR resource, managing onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits administration, and training initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to leadership through meeting coordination, travel arrangements, special projects, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate Board and committee communications, meeting materials, engagement activities, and governance-related administration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and help deliver a welcoming, professional experience for employees, volunteers, and community partners.
Qualifications for the HR & Operations Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, office management, executive support, or administrative leadership roles.
- SHRM, HRCI, or similar HR certification, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations support.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support executives, board members, and employees in a fast-paced environment.
