Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an individual with strong technical aptitude to join in our success!

• Troubleshoot Direc
  
  TV Cable television Systems in Senior Living Communities Nationwide.
• Communicate with Property Facilities Staff to identify/troubleshoot issues with their Direc
  
  TV System.
• Work service requests and Help Desk tickets on a daily basis.
• Follow up on Technician visits to facilities.
• Keep accurate records w/in RHTV's CRM.

• Technical Support Experience
• Knowledge of analog headends, COM
  3000, and Direc
  
  TV DRE Systems.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Patience and ability to guide others.
• Good organizational skills.
