An experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT technical support for end-users, hardware, and enterprise systems. The role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, network devices, and Office 365 applications while ensuring SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction. The candidate will manage IT asset lifecycle processes, support onboarding/offboarding activities, and coordinate with backend and vendor teams. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to independently manage BAU operations and site-level IT projects.

  • Act as the primary onsite IT contact, providing L2 support for desktops, laptops, office IT systems, network, and servers with smart hands assistance.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot operating systems, business applications, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, VPN, Windows 10, and midrange servers.
  • Support network devices (switches, routers, wireless APs), IP phones, video conferencing systems, and Level 1 multifunction printers in coordination with backend teams.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including IT asset preparation, collection, sanitization, stock management, and overall IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Handle tickets via Service Now (or similar), ensure SLA/CSAT compliance, maintain SOPs and runbooks, and manage incident backlog and resolution timelines.
  • Provide Executive/VIP support, coordinate vendors, lead site projects, support E‑waste processes, and deliver user training and technical guidance to Site Tech teams with workload prioritization and resource planning.
