Website Administrator

Steel Dynamics

We are seeking a Web Administrator to support the design, development, and maintenance of Steel Dynamics digital platforms, including external and internal company websites. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented problem-solver eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Assist in developing and customizing company websites and web-based applications
• Provide technical support for our websites to end users and stakeholders
• Ensure all websites meet our performance expectations, business needs, and cyber security requirements
• Perform basic troubleshooting and debugging of website related issues
• Work closely with senior developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and polished digital experiences.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Collaborate with teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across all websites.
• Stay up to date with web technologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Word Press, CSS, PHP, HTML, and Java Script
• Experience with source code management (Git)
• Familiar with UI/UX, SEO and responsive design
• On-site 5 days a week in Fort Wayne, IN

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and various reporting tools.
• Experience with Linux, Nginx, IIS, and Share Point
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
