AI Data Lead

In this role, you will…

• Define the Data AI framework, standards, and data requirements
• Design reference architecture and functional design of the AI platform, including collaboration of integration with Operational systems
• Oversee the maintenance and scalability of the platform
• Lead migration and integration of data sources across multiple systems
• Provide appropriate governance to data design processes.
• Work throughout the entire Development Lifecycle, translating business requirements and consulting with development and testing teams to ensure the intended design is met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a demonstrated pursuit of continued education.
• Experience with modern AI platforms, such as AWS, and their AI/ML services
• Proficient technical team leader with 5+ years of Data Leadership experience.
• Experience leading technical teams, preferably with direct reports, but at a minimum, team lead tasks.
• Experience with in the insurance industry.

The annual gross base salary range is $138,700 to $170,100. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of Med Pro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
