VP, AI Product Management

Roko Labs is seeking a seasoned VP, AI Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for a portfolio of enterprise fintech, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. This role champions the integration of emerging technologies — especially artificial intelligence, and generative models into product vision, customer value, and business outcomes

As a strategic leader and trusted advisor, you will work with client executives and internal teams to influence product roadmaps, design differentiated AI experiences, and shape the future of data-driven products that deliver measurable impact.

Drive the product vision and roadmap for fintech and analytics platforms with strong emphasis on AI/generative AI-enabled features (e.g., intelligent insights, predictive models, automated decision support).

Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into product opportunities that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.

Lead cross-functional technology exploration and prototyping to validate AI concepts and determine feasibility and value.

Own strategic product outcomes from discovery through delivery, setting clear priorities and success criteria.

Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and client stakeholders to operationalize AI responsibly, ensuring ethical, interpretable, and compliant use of models in customer solutions.

Establish and refine mechanisms for gathering user feedback, usage data, and performance signals that improve AI models and product features over time.

Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, articulating the value of AI/analytics within digital transformation efforts.

Lead discovery workshops, roadmap alignment sessions, and product reviews with executive sponsors.

Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) tied to product outcomes and AI performance indicators.

Mentor and grow product management talent across the organization, advancing AI literacy and product thinking.

Advocate for best-in-class product practices, including iterative experimentation, data-informed prioritization, and cross-discipline collaboration.

12+ years of product management experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles driving strategy and delivery for enterprise software or data/AI-centric products.

Demonstrated success integrating AI capabilities into commercial products (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, generative AI) and leading cross-disciplinary teams to ship them at scale.

Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and modern product frameworks.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and AI metrics to influence product decisions and model performance.

Experience with Agile and iterative product processes; ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and UX teams.

Exceptional communicator capable of translating complex AI topics for business stakeholders.

Proven mentor and leader with ability to hire, build, and grow high-performing product teams.

Industry experience in fintech, healthcare, or analytics platforms.

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred
