We have an immediate opening for a Technical Project Manager to step into an active enterprise program on behalf of one of our key clients. This is a high‑visibility role requiring someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp‑up time.

• Lead and manage large‑scale enterprise projects end‑to‑end
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
• Drive stakeholder communication at executive and business levels
• Oversee Oracle Cloud and Oracle Apps implementations/enhancements
• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as required
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across work streams
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business partners

• US Citizen or Green Card holders (no visa sponsorship)
• Available for immediate start
• 7+ years of Project Management experience on large enterprise projects
• Strong experience with Oracle Suites (Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle Apps)
• Proven budget management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business‑facing project delivery experience
• Minneapolis, MN local (occasional in‑office preferred)

• Financial Aid or Higher Education industry experience
• PMP or Agile (CSM/SAFe) certification
• Experience in Financial Services or similar regulated industries
