IT Manager – Manager, IT Business Systems

Fort Wayne, IN | On‑Site | Permanent | Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

This role leads a team of IT Business Analysts supporting JD Edwards Enterprise One, focusing on Sales and Finance functions. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day team operations, drive system initiatives, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The focus is on process optimization, system alignment, and delivering scalable solutions that support business growth.

• Lead and develop a team of IT Business Analysts, including performance management, coaching, and hiring
• Partner with Sales and Finance leaders to prioritize system needs and initiatives
• Translate business requirements into functional and system architecture solutions
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for business stakeholders across the region
• Define, document, and standardize system processes and best practices
• Drive process improvement efforts to reduce complexity and improve efficiency
• Oversee system enhancements from feasibility through implementation with IT and PMO teams
• Ensure alignment with IT governance, architecture, and technical standards
  
  Identify root causes of system and process issues and implement scalable solutions

• 10+ years of JD Edwards Enterprise One experience, focused on Sales and Finance
• 5+ years leading or managing Business Analysts or similar teams
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes and reporting
• Proven experience driving business process improvement initiatives
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Familiarity with BPMN and ITIL frameworks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field
