The Operations Technician will install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain server hardware and its components, including servers, racks, and networking equipment such as routers, switches, hubs, bridges, and networking protocols.

- Perform component‑level repairs and preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Operate and maintain new data center infrastructure across projects.
- Report issues and follow data center procedures to diagnose and resolve equipment problems.
- Disassemble end‑of‑life equipment and manage part replacement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in or lead small project teams to support larger installations and contingency planning.
- Experience with component‑level repairs and troubleshooting on technical equipment.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.
- Ability to lift/move 50 lb (23 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods, including bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and lifting.
- Flexibility to work non‑standard hours, including weekends, nights, holidays and shift‑based schedules.
- English proficiency required for all roles unless stated otherwise.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Completion of the Google IT Support Professional Certificate program.
- Two years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, server hardware or networking protocols.
- Experience in a similar role such as Systems Administration, Network Deployment Engineer, Help Desk Technician, or within a data center / network operations center.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Salary range: US $78,000 – 111,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
