Entry Data Center Technician

Description

Seeking an entry‑level data center technician to install cable and fiber at the data centers located near Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Candidates need to be open to working overtime. Looking for candidates with any type of construction experience or hands‑on work who are open to learning the trade.

• Installation and decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.
• Provide structured feedback on project progress to stakeholders.
• Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain data center cleanliness.
• Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Read and comprehend blueprints and building documentation/redline work.
• Have a broad understanding of data center infrastructure technologies.

This is a contract position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Wayne, IN.
