Business Systems Coordinator

Steel Dynamics

Supports Salesforce and other business systems within the Long Products Group, including day-to-day platform maintenance and light data support for Power BI and Salesforce analytics. Handles the recurring, hands-on work that keeps platforms running day-to-day. Develops training materials, provides first-line user support, coordinates sales enablement, and assists with data collection for Power BI and Salesforce analytics reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; or Associate's degree/equivalent experience with 2+ years in a comparable role
• 2+ years of experience supporting a CRM, ERP, or similar business system, preferably in sales operations, or customer-facing systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business units
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to varying processes across division

• Basic Salesforce familiarity, or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience supporting a multi-division or multi-stakeholder organization
• Experience with change management or UAT coordination processes
• Ability to coordinate with IT teams on cross-platform issues and elevate appropriately
