Field Service Technician Fort Wayne Indiana

CVS Health -  - Responsibilities:
Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance;
Deliver hands-on support for store systems, including POS systems, pharmacy systems, photo kiosks, and inventory management systems;
Install and integrate new technology in stores, including setup and configuration of POS terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity;
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site, determining root causes and implementing effective solutions;
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance activities;
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed;
Provide exceptional customer service to store colleagues while troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues;
Manage inventory of IT parts, tools, and supplies; ensure readiness by tracking stock and placing orders as needed;
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent service needs as required
