USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies.
SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
Service Now DeveloperDevelops Service Now standard workflows and provides ITSM system administration, maintenance, configuration, and customization to ensure previously developed customizations continue to function and stay current with USSTRATCOM's organizational and workflow changes. Maintains and supports enterprise IT dashboards that integrate information from multiple systems. Supports software upgrades, system troubleshooting, and fulfillment of access and applicable change requests. Liaises with the architect team to ensure that services are properly mapped and are implemented according to service design.
WHATYOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Masters Degree is desired
- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Required
Certifications:
ITIL 4 Foundation; CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSE
