IT Software Support Technician

This position is responsible for providing software support for SDI & Omni Source end users. Duties include answering help desk calls, troubleshooting issues, entering, and monitoring work orders/resolutions.

• Answer service desk phone calls.
• Log calls requesting technical assistance into the service desk software.
• Troubleshoot software issues and document resolutions.
• Assign work orders, follow up on status, and communicate status to users.
• Handle requests & verify requested information with managers, and track progress.
• Support Retail equipment- ATM, printers, cameras, scale interface.
• Periodically travel to remote locations and assist other IT technicians.
• All other duties as required.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent Customer Service.

• Customer service oriented.

• Associate degree or equivalent technical work experience (3 years).
• Knowledge of various versions of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• The ideal candidate would be energetic, detail oriented, and organized.
• Experience with querying data from various systems and databases.
