Build It. Lead It. Own It.
Technology doesn't sit quietly in the background at Circle Logistics—it keeps our entire business moving.
We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead and own the technology environment supporting approximately 400 users across our Fort Wayne headquarters and branch offices throughout the country
.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day managing spreadsheets and forwarding tickets.
You'll lead a team. You'll solve problems. You'll build infrastructure. You'll improve systems. And when something critical breaks, you'll be the person leadership trusts to get things moving again.
If you thrive on ownership, variety, technical challenges, and seeing the direct impact of your work
, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
At Circle Logistics, growth creates opportunity.
This is your chance to take ownership of a highly visible technology environment and directly influence how a growing organization operates and scales.
You won't be buried in a massive corporate IT department.
You'll have the opportunity to lead, build, improve, solve problems, and make decisions that people across the organization feel immediately.
Circle Logistics is a rapidly growing third‑party logistics (3PL) company focused on three core promises:
We combine technology, industry expertise, and employee ingenuity to deliver transportation solutions that keep America moving.
And as we continue to grow, technology will play an increasingly important role in how we scale.
As our IT Manager, you'll be responsible for the technology environment that keeps our people connected, productive, and secure.
- Lead, mentor, and develop three Help Desk Technicians
- Set priorities and maintain accountability for support quality and response times
- Serve as the senior escalation point for technical issues across the organization
- Partner closely with our data team on infrastructure, access, integrations, and shared technology initiatives
- Manage the complete employee technology lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding
- Ensure new hires are fully equipped and productive from Day One
- Administer email, collaboration platforms, shared drives, licenses, and security settings
- Manage identity, passwords, MFA, permissions, and access controls
- Provision users across Transport Pro and other critical business applications
- Configure and maintain:
- Routers
- Switches
- Firewalls
- Wireless networks
- Support headquarters and multiple branch locations
- Manage internet and WAN connectivity, carrier relationships, failover, and service escalations
- Support VPN and remote users
- Lead technology buildouts for new offices, expansions, and relocations
- Administer the company phone system across headquarters and branch offices
- Manage:
- Extensions
- Call routing
- Voicemail
- Handle provisioning, number porting, telecom vendors, and call‑quality issues
You'll oversee approximately 400 workstations and the technology our employees rely on every day.
That includes:
- Imaging and deployment
- Patching and endpoint management
- Hardware refresh cycles
- Asset tracking
- Procurement and inventory
- Laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, printers, and peripherals
Your goal:
No employee should be waiting on technology to do their job.
We need someone who can lead strategically without losing touch with the technical work
.
One day you might be coaching your Help Desk team.
The next, you could be troubleshooting a network issue, standing up a new office, rebuilding a workstation, automating a manual process, or solving a problem affecting an entire branch.
You'll also:
- Own the Help Desk queue and escalation process
- Establish measurable response and resolution standards
- Document systems and procedures
- Manage vendors, MSP relationships, contracts, and IT spend
- Support backup, business continuity, and…
