We are hiring a
Senior IT Solutions Engineer
with
10+ years of experience
and strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle Database administration
and
Linux administration
. This role focuses on
3rd Level Support
, advanced troubleshooting,
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and permanent issue resolution for critical manufacturing infrastructure.

• Provide
  3rd Level Support
  for Manufacturing Applications infrastructure focussing on Oracle Database and Linux administration
• Handle complex incidents, problem management, and advanced troubleshooting
• Perform
  RCA
  and implement permanent corrective actions
• Plan and execute
  Oracle Database and Linux patching, migrations and upgrades
• Drive service stabilization, recovery, and operational improvements
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, patching plans, and technical documentation
• Work independently and within a product team
• Coordinate with internal teams and, where needed, the
  Managed Service Provider

• 10+ years Oracle Database administration experience
• 7+ years Linux administration experience
• Strong experience in
  incident management, problem management, and RCA
• Strong
  work planning
  , self-organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Relevant
  certifications
  required to validate experience
