This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance products, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, developing and offering personalized insurance solutions, and maintaining client records. Collaboration with the team and staying current with insurance industry trends are key aspects of this role.

• Expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and assisting with Health Insurance-related queries
• Knowledge and experience in working within the Insurance industry, including understanding insurance policies and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Licensing in relevant insurance products or willingness to obtain licenses as required
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
