- Develop/manage key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly and monthly including supplier scorecards
- Evaluate & onboard suppliers based on comprehensive evaluation
- Maximize ERP utilization: MRP, scheduling, logistics, and reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks including supplier capacity, geopolitical factors, and transportation disruption
- Lead cost reduction, price or term negotiations, and dual sourcing initiatives
- Support and assist with vision, mission, and overall strategic direction
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Material Management, or Supply Chain
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience with emphasis in steel/metals-related purchasing
- Strong negotiating, analytical, and project management skills
- Able to travel up to 15%
- Multi-company change management experience is a plus!
