• Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers
• Manage shipments from pickup to delivery and ensure a “No Fail” service experience
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
• Develop pricing strategies and account plans
• Solve transportation challenges quickly and professionally
• Stay ahead of market trends, lanes, and capacity changes
• Hit performance goals and continue sharpening your skills
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Partner with Driver Services to ensure tracking and compliance
• Qualify carriers and prevent service failures before they happen

• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or account management required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is a plus
