Data Center Team Lead – Builds (B Shift M-F 2PM-10:30PM)

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, managing shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and ensuring material condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the data center.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using various warehouse management systems.
• Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the data center floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform and oversee cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Push, pull, and lift frequently during the workday.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required; the role involves regular interaction with customers and stakeholders onsite. Critical‑thinking and analytical abilities are essential for confident decision‑making. Experience with computers is required. Knowledge of electrical safety, static‑discharge hazards, and protocols are necessary, as the position requires working with live electrical and electronic equipment. Three to five years of related experience is required.

Expected base pay range: $24 per hour. Compensation will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
