Maintenance Technician - Hampton Inn Dupont
Blue Flame Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North properties located on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne. The role includes preventive maintenance of public spaces and guest rooms, performing regular inspections, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, pool, boiler/chiller, and plumbing systems, and maintaining property grounds and curb appeal. Work orders are managed using the Quore program.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed
- Execute, maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program
- Monitor work orders and utilize the Quore program efficiently
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively
- Maintain property grounds and curb appeal
High school diploma or GED required; prior experience preferred. Must be able to work in a collaborative environment. Entry level. Part‑time employment. Competitive wages and flexible hours.
