Custodial Engineer
As a Custodial Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and janitorial support of our two Fort Wayne locations. This role is hands‑on and essential to keeping our offices clean, functional, and welcoming. You will handle daily cleaning tasks, light maintenance, furniture setup, and general facility upkeep while ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working environment
- Perform restroom and general office cleaning
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize facility floors
- Take out and manage trash removal on a regular schedule
- Assist with moving and setting up office furniture (desks, chairs, tables, etc.)
- Perform light maintenance tasks and minor repairs
- Replace air filters and light bulbs as needed
- Report safety concerns, accidents, or injuries promptly
- Follow all company safety, risk management, and OSHA requirements
- Participate in safety meetings and training
- Wear required protective equipment and follow safety procedures
- Support additional duties as assigned

- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of related custodial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
