We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our community remains a great place to live and work.
Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the community buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role ensures a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Complete work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and minor installations.
- Maintain community grounds and common areas to ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment, senior living, or hospitality setting a plus).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Full‑time, with occasional on‑call rotation for emergencies.
