Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn new skills and build a career? Golden Years Homestead is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team!

No maintenance experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and learning new things, this is a great opportunity to get started.

No previous maintenance experience is required! We welcome entry-level candidates who are ready to learn. Any experience with repairs, construction, or landscaping is a plus, but not necessary.

• Help with basic repairs and maintenance requests
• Assist with painting, floor care, and general upkeep
• Help maintain outdoor areas and landscaping
• Keep tools, supplies, and work areas organized
• Follow safety procedures to keep our community safe and comfortable

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Dependability and a willingness to learn
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks and outdoor work

• Monday-Friday, daytime hours
• Rotating on-call evening and weekend coverage

• On-the-job training:
  Learn practical maintenance skills while you work.
• Entry-level opportunity:
