Pay: $14.44-$18.45/hour, based on experience

No maintenance experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and learning new things, this is a great opportunity to get started.
What You'll Do- Help with basic repairs and maintenance requests
- Assist with painting, floor care, and general upkeep
- Help maintain outdoor areas and landscaping
- Keep tools, supplies, and work areas organized
- Follow safety procedures to keep our community safe and comfortable
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Dependability and a willingness to learn
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks and outdoor work
No previous maintenance experience is required! We welcome entry-level candidates who are ready to learn. Any experience with repairs, construction, or landscaping is a plus, but not necessary.
Schedule- Monday-Friday, daytime hours
- Rotating on-call evening and weekend coverage
- On-the-job training: Learn practical maintenance skills while you work.
- Entry-level opportunity: No previous experience required.
- Consistent weekday schedule: Enjoy primarily daytime hours.
