Overview
On behalf of the Biggs Group, Titus Talent Strategies is representing them in their search for a Chief Operations Officer. This role serves as the strategic and operational leader responsible for translating the company’s vision into disciplined execution across its construction, development, and property management divisions. The COO ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while optimizing the performance of existing assets.
The COO will implement scalable systems and processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and accountability across all teams, partnering closely with the President to align operations with financial and growth objectives. A key part of the role involves mentoring leaders, strengthening vendor and community relationships, and fostering a culture centered on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, the COO ensures that The Biggs Group operates as a unified, high-performing organization capable of delivering exceptional value to clients, tenants, and partners.
