This is a full-time on-site role located in the Midwest, for a Director of Fixed Operations. The Director will oversee all aspects of fixed operations at several locations, including but not limited to managing service and parts departments, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include monitoring departmental performance, implementing strategies for growth, providing leadership to service and parts teams, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Experience in Fixed Operations, encompassing service and parts management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention by fostering exceptional service standards and solutions.
• Strong background in Operations Management to develop, implement, and oversee processes that enhance productivity and profitability.
• Proven expertise in Customer Service to ensure positive customer interactions and address concerns effectively.
• Leadership skills with a strategic mindset and ability to motivate and manage teams for optimal performance.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and dealership management software is highly desirable.
