** Position Overview
** The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of a Robertson Heating Supply branch. This role operates as the primary leader of the location and is accountable for sales growth, operational excellence, team development, and execution of company initiatives. The Branch Manager serves as the face of the company locally while working closely with corporate leadership to drive results.

* • Lead, develop, and hold accountable all branch employees
• Foster a positive, performance-driven culture aligned with company values
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development and training
• Participate in hiring decisions and staffing plans
• Communicate company policies, procedures, and expectations clearly and consistently
** Sales & Customer Growth*
* • Drive sales growth and gross profit performance within the branch territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
• Oversee branch-level sales activity
• Support counter sales and customer service
• Execute company sales initiatives and growth strategies
** Operations & Inventory Management*
* • Oversee inventory activities including receiving, transfers, invoicing, and credits
• Ensure accurate inventory through annual physical counts and routine cycle counts
• Review inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
• Maintain accurate reporting related to inventory, sales, and warehouse operations
• Support warehouse operations to ensure customer service standards are met
** Financial & Asset Responsibility*
* • Maintain proper controls over branch expenses, company funds, and petty cash
• Review financial, sales, and operational reports and take corrective action as needed
• Protect and maintain company assets including vehicles, equipment, building, and grounds

Communication & Collaboration
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the branch and corporate leadership
• Attend corporate meetings and provide timely updates on branch performance
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement company initiatives## Qualifications
** Qualifications & Experience*
* • Proven leadership or management experience required
• Experience in HVAC distribution, contracting, or related industries preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
** Work Schedule & Compensation
** Salary range is flexible and commensurate with prior relevant experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, applicable work history, and overall fit for the role. In addition to base pay, we offer on-boarding milestone incentives and performance-based bonuses. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with limited Saturday mornings as needed.
