Title

• Construction Controller

• $90,000-$115,000 USD + bonus

• Own all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for executive decision‑making
• Lead, mentor, and develop a 7‑8‑person accounting/finance team across payroll, AP, and field accounting
• Manage, reconcile, and optimize all Sage 300 modules and integrations
• Oversee construction/union accounting, monthly statements, tax filings, and two payroll cycles (including union nuances)
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, HR, and executive team on business strategy, profitability, and compliance

• Proven Controller‑level (or higher) experience in the construction industry, full financial ownership, not just a team member
• Deep hands‑on proficiency with Sage 300 in a construction/union environment
• Demonstrated people management experience and ability to work with diverse personalities

• Fort Wayne, IN - On‑site; preference for local candidates, but relocation considered for the right fit (especially returning to Indiana/family ties)

• On‑site, Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm
