Key Responsibilities Own and scale the paid social growth strategy and execution across global markets Lead creative strategy and innovation for paid social, including systematic testing and performance analysis Manage a large-scale paid social budget while partnering with senior leadership to set growth targets and investment strategies
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 10 to 15+ years of performance marketing experience with expertise in paid social Proven track record of managing large budgets and achieving growth, CAC, and LTV goals Experience in building and leading high-performing teams Fluency with marketing analytics and experimentation frameworks
