Branch Manager

• Provide onsite management coverage and operational leadership across multiple assigned branches
• Facilitate excellent customer service and set the example in every supported branch
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch team members
• Ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with company goals
• Address customer needs holistically, including matching customers with loan products and assisting with tax services
• Promote World Finance products and services to drive branch growth
• Support and collaborate with team members in each branch overseen
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Build community relationships and identify business growth opportunities
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Travel daily between assigned branches and make bank deposits
• Provide leadership and operational support wherever needed most
