Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire day shift opportunity with highly competitive pay and excellent benefits. Primary responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the daily activities of maintenance employees, working with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures, developing work plans, implementing new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimizing operating costs, and effecting greater utilization of labor and materials, and implementing training programs to improve work performance.
Other duties as assigned. Requirements include an A.S. degree or 4+ years of management experience in a Maintenance field; B.S. degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Management, etc..
