We are an established Burger King and Arby's franchise organization seeking a proven multi-unit restaurant leader to join our leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and successful people development. We are looking for a leader who consistently delivers results, develops strong management teams, and drives business performance.

Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required

Burger King and/or Arby's experience strongly preferred

Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages

Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses

Successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talent

Experience building succession plans and leadership bench strength

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism

Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and General Managers

Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all restaurants

Improve financial performance and profitability

Ensure execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures

Support implementation of new products, initiatives, and operational programs

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, measurable solutions

Build strong management teams and future leaders
