Role:
Manager of Provider Compensation and Contracting
Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing department overseeing provider compensation assessments, analysis, and model implementation.
- Ensure accurate processing of provider compensation and resolve contract or compensation issues promptly.
- Manage Provider Compensation Administration, Analytics, and Monitoring teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives related to provider compensation and contracting.
- Oversee policy and procedure implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fair market value, and audit requirements.
- Lead multiple projects with effective delegation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in finance, accounting, or operational analysis.
- Strong communication skills to educate leadership, staff, and providers.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing provider compensation models.
- Membership in the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals is required, with ongoing education and certification encouraged.
