Project Manager III
The Project Manager III will support large-scale warehouse deployment and logistics-related projects tied to a major enterprise customer program. This role is responsible for managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. The position is primarily internally focused, partnering with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams to provide updates, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple logistics and warehouse deployment projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project execution stays on track
- Monitor shipment, deployment, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time completion
- Identify risks, delays, and issues; proactively communicate status updates to leadership
- Provide structured updates that support internal reporting and customer communications
- Review work orders or statements of work (SOWs) to understand scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Partner with logistics vendors and internal teams to resolve delays and maintain progress
- Utilize Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to track projects and communicate progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 2-7+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing projects
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience developing project plans from Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, or customer requirements
- Demonstrated success managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, billing, and resource planning
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion
- Experience handling project escalations, change management, and complex stakeholder situations
- Strong communication, presentation, and consensus-building skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
