Operations Manager - Day shift

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Distribution team in Fort Wayne, IN
. An Operations Manager manages the day-to-day operation of a specific group of departments within the Distribution Center, as well as ensure service levels, performance levels, quality and human resources are meeting daily business requirements.

Schedule

• Primarily Day Shift with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

What You'll Need:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 3 years experience in a high volume distribution center supervising at least 25 or more employees
• 2 years experience working with a Warehouse Management System
• 6 months work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

Hiring Salary Range:$97,201-$123,251k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
