A large, publicly traded steel producer and metals recycler is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to lead monthly financial consolidation, oversee SEC filings, and manage key external audit relationships. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting and compliance processes.

• Lead all aspects of the monthly consolidation and reporting process within One Stream, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end preparation and coordination of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form SD, and XBRL tagging requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Maintain and strengthen the financial reporting control environment, documenting and monitoring ICFR and SOX compliance.
• Coach, mentor, and support the career development of accounting and finance team members in a collaborative environment.
• Support executive management with purchase accounting for acquisitions, forecasting, financial analysis, and adoption of new accounting standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with a publicly traded company.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC filings, and debt/equity capital market transactions.
• Deep understanding of ICFR, SOX requirements, and external audit procedures.
• Proven success managing consolidations for large, complex organizational structures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong financial systems aptitude.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with a track record of leading teams through complex priorities.

• Significant Big Four or top-tier public accounting experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level serving public clients.
• Experience with One Stream and Toppan Merrill Bridge is a major plus.
