What is my day to day like?

As our Parts Crib Attendant you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of the plant by ensuring the accurate and systematic receipt of inventory into the parts crib, contributing to the efficiency of our maintenance processes. This will include management of the parts crib, overseeing tasks such as inventory maintenance, labeling, organizational duties and ordering to replenish stock.

Your day to day will include but is not limited to:

Crib Maintenance

* Enhancing overall organization and housekeeping standards within the parts crib, fostering a clean and effective workspace.

* Conduct routine cycle counts on crib inventory to maintain accuracy and proactively identify any discrepancies.

* Contribute to the parts crib's functionality by adding necessary parts and labels as required, and continuously seek opportunities to improve organization for enhanced efficiency in part retrieval processes.

Receiving Inventory

* Conducting thorough inspections during the inventory receiving process and methodically organizing items in their designated locations.

Issue Materials

* Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner to create Bill of Materials BOM kits prior to work being scheduled.

* Log every part leaving the crib in the system, maintaining a reliable and up-to-date record of our inventory

* Handle returns efficiently, following clear procedures to keep our parts crib inventory in optimal shape.

* Shipping and receiving equipment that needs to be repaired to various vendors.

MRP Buyer

* Run daily SAP report and send out RFQ's to various vendors.

* Create purchase requests and purchase orders to suffice the min/max levels in SAP.

* Forward purchase orders to vendors and team members.

* Role coverage for PTO.

Other

* Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, quality, product safety and legality, security, and regulatory compliance as applicable.

What makes a person successful in this position.

* 3+ years' experience in working manufacturing environment.

* Knowledge of and follow all Safety and GMP requirements.

* Experience with SAP and inventory management.

* Organization, time management and communication skills

* Knowledge of manufacturing environment including current compliance requirements for safety and quality.

What will my schedule be like?

7:00am - 3:30pm Monday thru Friday
