Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide hands-on engineering support within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role focuses on refining processes, troubleshooting complex production issues, and developing technical solutions that enhance quality and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily manufacturing operations by resolving technical issues on the assembly line.
• Design and implement equipment modifications to meet evolving production needs.
• Evaluate, recommend, and source new manufacturing equipment and control systems.
• Prepare operators by facilitating training and providing ongoing technical support.
• Lead technical design and process equipment testing for assigned products.
• Develop cost projections for new equipment based on ROI and operational impact.
• Assist in proposal preparation and product development for customer requirements.
• Drive defect elimination and optimize manufacturing processes for better throughput.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in a forging environment.
• Strong knowledge in process design, manufacturing, or product engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD and CAM software tools.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
