Headquartered in Fort Wayne, IN, Water Furnace designs and manufactures ultra-efficient, renewable-energy comfort products that provide heating, cooling and potable hot water solutions for use in both homes and commercial buildings. We employ more than 350 people in R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales roles across the US and Canada. For almost four decades, our Geothermal Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Heat Recovery Chillers have been reducing energy usage consumption and increasing comfort in buildings around the world.

Hours: Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Overtime as required.

At Water Furnace, we are looking for experienced and ambitious workers and, in return, we offer a starting wage of up to $20.00/hour.

We also offer a facility that is CLIMATE CONTROLLED, in addition to:

• Double time paid after 48 hours worked

As a Brazer, your accountabilities will include the following:

• Must know how to braze copper to:
  • Copper
  • Dissimilar metals
  • Stainless
  • Cupronickel
• Knowing to solder will be a plus.
• Ability to maintain pace of assembly line.
• Maintain high level of quality work.

A high school diploma or GED is required.
