Shape precision from raw stock — and shape your career while you do it. It’s 6:45 a.m. in Fort Wayne. You settle in at a Swiss lathe, open Esprit, and finish a program for a tight-tolerance aerospace gear component. You validate tooling choices, prove out the first article, verify dimensions with micrometers and indicators, and hand a stable, documented process to an operator for production.
Before lunch, you huddle with the Production Manager and Quality to review a new medical prototype, then weigh in on tooling purchases and future machine capabilities. By afternoon, you’re mentoring a teammate on live tooling strategies and sketching out a quoting approach for an incoming defense job. That’s a typical day on our team — a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality gears serving aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and more.
Since 1997, we’ve grown through innovation and care for people. We operate in a 48,000 sq. ft. facility with a close-knit crew of 24, many here 20–25 years. We’ve invested in modern tech — including Esprit — and we’re on track to double our operation.
