• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to understand work instructions, labels, and safety information.
• Must be able to count accurately and perform basic math (addition/subtraction).
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting parts, reviewing paperwork, and verifying labels.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Perform visual inspection of parts for defects following provided standards.
• Count and record quantities of rejects.
• Ability to create labels, apply labels correctly, and verify that label information is accurate.
• General support tasks such as sorting and light rework.
