CNC Set Up Technician (3rd Shift) – Fort Wayne, IN
Experience level: Mid-senior
Experience required: 2 Years
Education level: High school or equivalent

Pay rate: $25 to $27 per hour
Job Description- Responsible for CNC machine troubleshooting, updating tool paths, and completing setups for CNC Lathes in a high-volume production environment.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of CNC lathe setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Interpreting G and M codes.
- Machine set‑ups and changeovers on CNC Lathes.
- Troubleshoot daily production problems through root cause analysis techniques as they occur.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators.
- Knowledge of Hard Turning, Green Turning, Milling, Broaching, and Part Finishing machining processes.
- Knowledge to teach robot and gantry pickup points.
- Knowledge of Nachi robot controls.
- General understanding of manufacturing processes and detailed knowledge of lathe tooling/programming.
- TEMP to HIRE
- (PPE Requirements, Onsite or Virtual, etc.):
Safety Glasses, steel‑toed shoes - Onsite Interview
- Work Schedule:
Sunday night through Friday morning (11 pm-7:30 am) - Estimated Hours per Week: 40-56
