Pay: $21–$23/hour (based on experience) + $3.00/hour shift premium on 2nd shift

Pro Resources is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to hire a Powder Coat Associate for their Columbia City facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term growth potential.

• 1st Shift (Training):
  Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift (After Training):
  Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Includes $3.00/hour shift premium)

• Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting)
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
• Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature/timing
• Load and unload parts on the production line
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Record production data and report any issues
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
• Familiarity with coating equipment and processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
