Main Purpose Of JobThis position leads the site and drives activities to improve performance in the critical areas of HSE, Quality, Production, and Cost. The Manufacturing Manager works directly with the Factory Manager and plant leadership team to develop, analyze, and achieve plant goals and objectives.
Role And Activity- Establishes operational objectives and assignments with site leadership team and Business Unit Managers.
- Analyzes data, trends, resources, and internal forecasts to lead development of manufacturing strategic planning in support of overall site goals and objectives.
- Develops and manages annual operations budget.
- Manages and oversees the production/operations managerial team.
- Monitors and evaluates manufacturing effectiveness and effects changes using continuous improvement management philosophy.

- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, or similar).
- Ability to manage shift operations and coordinate production activities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem‑solving skills.
- Five‑year related experience preferred.

The position involves frequent exposure to nuts and other potential allergens.
Pay Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
