Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machines and assemble rubber and plastic products in accordance with work instructions.
- Ensure a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time to meet production targets.
- Perform quality checks and adhere to all work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Comply with all OSHA safety and health regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- PTO & Holidays:
Up to 13 days PTO + 10 paid holidays per year - Insurance Options:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment.
- Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
- Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
