Lab Fabricator
Location:
Fort Wayne, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift
Salary: $31.00-$37.00/hr.
The Lab Fabricator is responsible for hands‑on CNC machining and fabrication of laboratory specimens to support research and development activities. This role involves setting up, operating, and programming CNC equipment to ensure parts meet required quality and dimensional standards.
The individual will play a key role in selecting tooling and equipment, building and maintaining fixtures, and troubleshooting machining processes to support reliable production and testing. This position also contributes to improving fabrication efficiency, reducing waste and cycle time, and maintaining consistent shop‑floor operations.
